Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities and project progress.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, specifications and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project costs, resources, manpower and work schedules.
  • Attend project/site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Review drawings, method statements, work schedules and project documentation.
  • Coordinate site activities and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Ensure works comply with project requirements, safety standards and relevant Singapore regulations.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure works are carried out according to approved plans and schedules.
  • Assist with variation works, progress claims and other project-related documentation.
  • Perform other project management duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience in project/site management and coordination.
  • Good understanding of construction processes, drawings and project documentation.
  • Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and workers.
  • Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.
  • Willing to attend different project sites when required.

Working Arrangement:

  • 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday). Occasional Sunday work may be required based on project needs, with time off in lieu provided accordingly.
