The Opportunity

I am seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Sydney with a proven track record in the electronic security industry, specifically within the data centre sector or other large-scale environments.
This role is suited to a high performer with a positive attitude, strong technical capability, sound commercial awareness, and the confidence to take true ownership of outcomes. Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Project Delivery & Execution: Proven project management experience within electronic security, data centres, or a similar technical environment. You must be highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Commercial Performance: Commercially astute with a sound understanding of budgets, margins, and overall project financial performance. Professional credentials and industry certifications (e.g., PMI, Lenel, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of access control, CCTV, and integrated electronic security systems is highly advantageous.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and deliver exceptional outcomes in live customer environments, keeping quality and safety at the forefront.
