Project Manager
Summary
Oversee interior renovation projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, site inspections, and timelines to ensure quality and timely completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate renovation projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including designers and project staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, and supervise renovation works.
- Plan and coordinate workers' deployment, work schedules, and project activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise project delays.
- Conduct project inspections, rectification works, and final handover to clients.
Job Requirements
- Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese; knowledge of Malay will be an added advantage.
- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in renovation or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, ceiling, and finishing works will be an advantage.
