Summary
Oversee interior decoration projects in Singapore, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely execution and resolve disputes.
Roles & Responsibilty:
- Arrange and conduct meeting with clients, design consultants & sub-contractors.
- Monitor the program, progress and performance of the project.
- Resolve internal & external disputes.
- Oversee plannng, construction operation for all works.
- Lead, couch and motivate project team members on a proactive basic.
- Develop tools and best pratices for project management and execution.
