Project Manager - Corporate IT Transition
Summary
Oversee the migration of corporate IT systems (Microsoft 365, email, file shares) for a fintech company, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth transitions and business continuity.
The opportunity
We are looking for an energetic ITIL skilled project manager with a broad technology experience in the corporate IT space to join our team.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Corporate IT Transition Project Plan.
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate transition of laptops, Microsoft 365, email, file shares, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and associated corporate applications.
- Coordinate business readiness, communications and training.
- Develop and manage cutover and hypercare plans.
- Produce executive reporting and governance documentation.
- Coordinate activities across WSA, ANZ and Worldline European Corporate IT.
- Ensure business continuity throughout the transition.
Who are we looking for
You come from a background in technical support of internal corporate IT systems, have experience with payments or finance industry and have been working as a project manager for some time.
Experience
Essential
• Extensive technology project management experience.
• Experience delivering end-user computing or corporate IT transitions.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capability.
• Ability to coordinate multiple organisations and vendors.
Desirable
• Financial services experience.
• Microsoft 365 migration experience.
• ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence knowledge.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• ITIL Foundation.

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience. PRINCE2, PMP and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, discover hidden complexity and convert uncertain requirements into structured delivery plans.
- Experience operating in regulated, security-sensitive or customer-data-intensive environments.
