About the role

What you'll do
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Customer orientation and achievement of results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and problem-solving.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination with business and technology areas.
What we're looking for
- More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading technological projects.
- Experience in the management of teams and projects for the deployment, migration, and updating of Data & AI platforms.
- Experience in the implementation of solutions based on:
- IBM Data & AI.
- IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
- IBM Maximo.
- IBM Automation.
- Red Hat OpenShift.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects and manage relationships with clients from different sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with technical and executive profiles (including CIOs).
- Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, CMMI, or equivalent).
- High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise platform modernization projects.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and process automation.
