Project Manager, Digital Platforms (Location: West)

Summary
Oversee enterprise application operations, cloud deployments, and digital service rollouts for a regulated platform, coordinating teams and vendors to ensure reliability and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance and warranty support of enterprise applications.
- Lead onboarding of new digital services, including requirements, testing, implementation and go-live.
- Manage incidents, defects, service requests, enhancements and production releases.
- Work with Business Analysts, Finance, business users, vendors and technical teams to drive delivery.
- Track project budgets, vendor performance, service levels and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate application deployments, maintenance activities and system changes.
- Monitor cybersecurity, data protection, compliance and operational risks.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues and delivery progress.
- Drive continuous improvements to system reliability, user experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, technology projects or digital platforms.
- Experience managing AWS cloud environments, preferably Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
- Government, financial services, payment or regulated-environment experience is a plus.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD and release management.
- Familiarity with SHIP-HATS and secure software delivery practices.
- Experience with enterprise, payment, financial or customer-facing digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations and enterprise application environments.
- Experience managing outsourced vendors, application maintenance or managed services.
