Project Manager

• 7–10 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data platform delivery, with strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT development, data modelling, and production data operations.
• Mandatory insurance domain experience, preferably in general insurance or commercial insurance, with working knowledge of policy, claims, bordereaux, underwriting, pricing, billing, exposure, and loss data.

• Strong ability to review and debug SQL and Python code, optimise data transformations, assess logic, identify gaps, and guide engineers toward scalable and reusable solutions.

• Experience in commercial insurance or general insurance data, including reporting, bordereaux, workers’ compensation, or regulatory/operational reporting.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
