Location: 2 days per month from the Client's office in Warsaw


Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of projects

  • Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects within a transformation program

  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational strategic goals

  • Provide operational management of projects/programs ensuring delivery within scope, budget timeline and quality standards with proper risk control and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage risks including identification impact, assessment coordination and monitoring of mitigation actions

  • Monitor project/program objectives during execution

  • Coordinate the collection and documentation of business requirements in close cooperation with the Business Owner

  • Manage changes within the project/program

  • Maintain ongoing communication and reporting across project/program teams and coordinate activities across sub-teams

  • Plan based on priorities defined by the Steering Committee and monitor and control project/program tasks

  • Obtain necessary decisions from the Steering Committee and Operational Committee if established

  • Monitor and verify reported working time of IT Center employees assigned to the project/program subject to capitalization

  • Close the project and ensure full budget settlement

  • Continuously verify project/program progress and update schedules

  • Provide ongoing and cyclical reporting of work status to the Steering Committee, Operational Committee if established and Project Management Office

  • Maintain and update the risk register, coordinate mitigation actions and ensure cyclical escalation to the Steering Committee

  • Monitor project/program budget and deviations, take corrective actions and report deviations beyond tolerance levels to the Steering Committee

  • Manage quality within the project/program

  • Define and report project/program status during execution phase

Requirements

  • Experience in managing project portfolios

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects within a program

  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication

  • Experience in risk, budget and quality management

  • Ability to manage changes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

  • Experience in reporting and cooperation with governance bodies such as Steering Committees

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • English: C1
