Senior Project Manager

Location: 2 days per month from the Client's office in Warsaw


Tasks:

• Managing IT and business projects within the banking sector

• Coordinating multiple projects within a single program as a Program Manager

• Overseeing preparation of banking documentation in a regulatory environment

• Managing distributed international project teams

• Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers

• Conducting presentations and public speaking for large audiences

• Applying project management methodologies in daily work

Requirements

• Higher education degree preferred in management economics or IT

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or business projects within banking

• Minimum 3 years of documented experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects within one program

• Experience in business projects related to banking documentation in a regulatory environment

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certification such as PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or similar

• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Project

• English at minimum C1 level

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work in a team and build relationships

• Experience in public speaking and presentations for large groups

• Experience in the banking sector within international corporations

• Experience in managing distributed international teams

• Experience working with external vendors
