PROJECT MANAGER - Facility Management
Summary
Manages day-to-day delivery of facility management services (planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, soft services) across project sites in Saudi Arabia, leading engineers and technicians while handling client relations, budgets, KPI/SLA reporting, and HSE compliance. Requires a Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree, 7+ years in FM, and SCE registration.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of FM services across all project sites, including PPM, corrective maintenance, and soft services.
- Plan and deploy manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet contract requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the client and consultant, attending progress meetings and handling escalations.
- Track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and prepare monthly performance and progress reports.
- Manage the project budget, cost control, invoicing, and variation claims.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technicians, including performance management and training.
- Ensure full compliance with contract terms, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
- Oversee asset condition surveys, asset registers, and lifecycle planning.
- Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with procurement on materials and spare parts.
- Identify operational risks early and put mitigation plans in place.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience, including TBC projects in facility management.
- Accreditation: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
- Languages: English and Arabic.
