About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fire Protection to manage and oversee our projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, vendors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants and owners on project requirements.
- Handle material submissions, design reviews and progress claims.
- Plan site installation works, worker deployment and material requisitions.
- Lead, organize and motivate the site team to meet project targets.
- Identify and manage project risks and resolve site issues.
- Monitor project costing, budgeting and resource planning.
- Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation.
- Oversee project schedule, manpower, materials, cost and site progress.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
- Prepare progress reports, claims, variations and project documentation.
- Ensure works comply with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant Singapore standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection / M&E / Construction.
- Experience managing projects and site teams in Singapore.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- AutoCAD and Microsoft Office knowledge will be an advantage.
