Are you passionate about driving high-performing project teams to deliver cutting-edge Fire Protection Systems? We are looking for experienced Project Managers to oversee the end-to-end execution of industrial fire protection projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a key role interfacing with engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions across the Construction sector and beyond.
Key Responsibilities – Fire Protection Project Management & Delivery
Lead the full project lifecycle for Fire Protection Systems, from initial planning through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, and site installation personnel.
Manage project risks, identify and mitigate issues, and proactively resolve technical or logistical challenges as they arise.
Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular project updates, progress reporting, and managing change requests where required.
Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and certifications are obtained, maintained, and reviewed as required for project execution.
Liaise effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to manage quality, delivery schedules, and overall project performance.
Required Skills – Project Management, Fire Protection Systems, Construction Sector
Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects, ideally within Fire Protection, Construction, or industrial safety systems.
Strong knowledge of Fire Detection, Suppression, Alarm, and Emergency Shutdown systems and their application in high-hazard environments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Ability to interpret technical documentation including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and sector-specific engineering standards.
Sound risk management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience – Engineering & Project Management
Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection), Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
Proven experience delivering Fire Protection or similar engineering projects for critical infrastructure or the Construction sector.
Highly proficient in MS Office, project management software, and common business communication tools.
Recognised project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable but not essential.
