Job Summary
Manage projects from inception through completion by coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and M&E contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and smooth work progress.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities by liaising with architects, designers, consultants, main and subcontractors, suppliers, and M&E contractors to align efforts and resolve issues
- Lead and participate in site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to track project milestones and deadlines
- Monitor project costing and expenditures to ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Oversee work progress and coordinate all parties to maintain smooth operations and timely completion of project deliverables
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring quality and compliance with requirements
