Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź
60% working from the office (40% in the Tricity area until September)

Project
As a Project Manager, you will join a strategic Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiative within the financial sector, supporting end-to-end delivery, governance activities, executive stakeholder management, and collaboration between Business and DevOps teams.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution of key initiatives
- Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager, providing day-to-day project coordination and oversight
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate effective collaboration across Business and DevOps teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and support mitigation activities while ensuring adherence to governance requirements
- Assist in the preparation of senior management reports and decision-making materials
- Support change management initiatives and drive clear, effective project communication
Expected competences and knowledge
- Proven Project Management experience within large-scale IT and/or Banking environments
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Exposure to Privileged Management initiatives or projects
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Knowledge of CyberArk
- Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentation materials
- Structured, delivery-focused and execution-oriented mindset
