Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B
Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
Join a project in the financial sector, focused on delivering technology initiatives within a complex business environment. You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, risks, and resources, while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
The project requires ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements, monitoring delivery progress, and supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities you'll have
Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning through closure
Plan and manage delivery activities including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets
Facilitate governance activities and approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report delivery progress, proactively identifying and escalating risks to ensure predictable execution
Champion change management and promote strong delivery culture while adhering to Core Technology's change processe
Expected competences and knowledge
Proven track record in leading technology projects
Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
Financial and resource management experience, including proficiency with project management tools
Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Advanced presentation skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have
Banking or financial services projects track record
Good understanding of Information Security risks within financial organizations
Experience with applications lifecycle management, vulnerabilities identification and remediation
Relevant project management certifications
Experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
