Project Manager
Summary
Project Manager coordinating interfaces between rail authorities, contractors, and technical teams for MRT/railway projects, managing Platform Screen Door installations, civil handovers, and site readiness on-site in Singapore.
Job Description：
- Act as the main interface coordinator between LTA, SMRT, civil contractors, track and PSD teams
- Manage civil-to-PSD handover and ensure site readiness (survey, coring, track alignment, TVM status)
- Review and coordinate design interfaces; resolve clearance, alignment, and installation issues
- Plan and control installation sequence (Civil → Survey → Coring → TVM → PSD)
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and track access with construction schedule
- Manage site access, permits, and multi-contractor coordination
- Track interface issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution
- Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for technical coordination and compliance
- Support testing & commissioning, ensuring system integration readiness
- Maintain interface documentation, reports, and progress tracking
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related disciplines)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in engineering and/or construction industry
- At least 5 years experience in railway / MRT projects
- Prior experience in Platform Screen Door (PSD), E&M systems, or railway system projects will be an added advantage
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Willing and able to work on-site, including night shifts or during track access hours when required
- Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with proven ability to liaise with headquarters in China
