Project Manager
Summary
Oversees building facade, aluminium, and glazing construction projects—handling planning, cost control, subcontractor coordination, quality/safety compliance, and progress reporting.
- Good understanding of Singapore Standard Code of Practice
- Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
- Provide direction in construction planning, co-ordinate works with main contractors, sub-contractors, ensure overall construction progress based on work schedule
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Managing, scheduling and tracking of sub-contractors' progress
- Prepare monthly project progress report
- Run projects independently
- Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance to the master program with no delay in work and proper work sequencing
- Manage project team resources for efficient deployment and project cost management
- Related experience in the field of building facade, aluminium and glazing and related works
- Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark
- Certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS), CSCPM and Manage work at height added advantage
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
