Project Manager

Job Description:

• The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet quality, delivery, and cost (QDC) objectives.
• The role involves comprehensive project management from initiation to closure, ensuring
• alignment with customer expectations and organizational standards.
• Manage project teams to achieve QDC goals, including planning, estimating, and tracking activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, driving resolution through collaboration with teams.
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams for project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Provide necessary documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and adapt to changing requirements.
• Support RFI/RFQ activities, including work breakdown and schedule estimation.
• Travel frequently for project kick-offs, discussions, and alignment meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in product development processes and quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; role also include frequent interactions with Chinese-speaking stakeholders in headquarters.
