Project Manager

Oversee manufacturing and construction projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance in Singapore.
Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, production teams, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor manufacturing progress, site activities, quality standards, safety compliance, and project costs.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, production schedules, and construction plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics, and equipment to support production and project execution.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to Management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams to achieve quality, productivity, and project performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, production processes, construction operations, quality management, and resource planning.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning, and construction methodologies.
- Good understanding of workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, or building products manufacturing will be an added advantage.
