Project Manager

Summary

Oversee manufacturing and construction projects from planning to completion, coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Job Description:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, production teams, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor manufacturing progress, site activities, quality standards, safety compliance, and project costs.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, production schedules, and construction plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics, and equipment to support production and project execution.
  • Conduct project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to Management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams to achieve quality, productivity, and project performance targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, production processes, construction operations, quality management, and resource planning.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning, and construction methodologies.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, or building products manufacturing will be an added advantage.
