Project Manager - Java
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Java to lead and deliver complex technical projects while managing offshore teams and driving AI-powered delivery. In this role, you will oversee project priorities, ensure quality standards and foster strong stakeholder relationships to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Run Kanban boards, control SLOs and ensure alignment with project priorities
- Management of approximately 20+ offshore personnel
- Resolution of staffing issues to enhance the overall quality and performance of the team
- Effective management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives
- Oversight of code reviews and clean code practices across projects
- Definition and tracking of delivery metrics to measure team performance
- Drive AI adoption and AI-driven delivery within project workflows
- Ownership of solution and technical architecture of the projects
Requirements
- 10-12 years of relevant working experience
- Background in Java development
- Expertise in Project Management, People Management and delivery metrics
- Proficiency in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline and clean code practices
- Skills in solution and technical architecture of projects
- Competency in AI adoption and AI-driven delivery
