Project Manager
Job Description
- Manage projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower and resources
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards and safety regulations
- Prepare project documentation, reports and attend project meetings.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support business development activities, including project enquiries, quotations and tender submissions
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplin
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction, Engineering, M&E, ELV, ICT Infrastructure or related industries
- Experience in Security Systems, Structured Cabling or Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with Singapore workplace safety requirements.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage.
