Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves coordinating information needs related to judicial investigations and enhancing current tools used by field police while addressing new challenges.
Project Details:
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, including:
- Verif: A project aimed at improving and accelerating screening procedures, consisting of various sub-projects.
- My Bike: A project focused on reducing the risk of bicycle theft and increasing recovery chances through citizen engagement.
- KBO: An interface for consulting the Business Register, including updates and maintenance.
- Code Pénal: Updating applications to integrate aggravating circumstances as per the new Penal Code.
- Criminal Records Application: Facilitating consultation and retrieval of criminal records.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the projects mentioned above, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading IT projects (governmental and regulatory solutions).
- Gathering and analyzing business needs, drafting functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinating stakeholders (internal teams, clients, partners, suppliers).
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress (scoping, design, validation, change management).
- Managing and leading project teams (staffing, skill development, incident management).
- Training collaborators and users, developing monitoring dashboards and performance indicators.
- Conducting DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments) and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to support the digital transformation of police services.
Work Environment:
This position requires a full-time commitment (40 hours/week) with a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work in Belgium. The team is multidisciplinary, comprising both internal and external collaborators.
