On-site 4-month consultancy Project Manager in Liège managing the MEVO backlog, data access processes, and coordination between business and technical teams, using Confluence and Jira.
Mission Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to project management, be delivery-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and able to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the backlog autonomously for the MEVO (evolutionary maintenance of the CFO department).
- Process MEVO requests, ensuring all topics are well managed, tracked, and communicated to various stakeholders.
- Review the end-to-end MEVO process, drawing inspiration from existing practices within the department.
- Define different access profiles to our centralized database in collaboration with the BUPO.
- Automate the granting of access to our database.
- Handle incoming requests for data access.
- Capture and simplify business needs to mature them and communicate them to development teams.
- Ensure coordination and communication between business and technical teams in conjunction with BUPO and TPO.
- Monitor developments, identify risks, mitigate them, and coordinate open points.
Required Skills:
- Experience with project management principles and challenges related to data.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
