Project Manager (Landscape)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance projects.
- Experience managing multiple landscape projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Singapore landscape standards, site operations, and safety requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred).
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction and maintenance projects from commencement to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, NParks, and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Supervise site supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.
