Dedicated Scrum team to maintain and enhance client's mission-critical mandate applications, primarily their internal system "NAME under NDA" a custom .NET/C# application with a SQL Server database used to calculate deposit insurance coverage and process payouts during bank failures

- 5+ yrs PM; 5+ yrs managing app maintenance/support; SOW negotiation experience
