Project Manager (M&E)

Project Manager (M&E) (Ref: 37978) , West & North & East Singapore

Our client is a high-tech engineering company in the Construction and Telecommunications industry.

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Mechanical) who has relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry.

【 Responsibilities 】

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple engineering projects from the initial planning stage through to project completion and handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, safety, and quality standards.

- Prioritize project activities and allocate manpower and other resources efficiently to meet project schedules and objectives.

- Support the preparation of tender proposals for new projects and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Review and approve project changes that may affect the scope, budget, schedule, or overall project objectives.

- Lead and monitor complex or critical engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against established project plans.

- Identify potential operational issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize project delays.

- Lead, mentor, and develop project team members to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.

- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, industry standards, and customer-specific quality and safety requirements.

- Manage and optimize the allocation of financial, human, and material resources to maximize productivity and ensure projects remain within budget.

- Evaluate and approve project investments and resource requirements in line with business needs and organizational objectives.

- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm & Sat, 8 am to 12 pm

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies.

- Possess more than 8 years of relevant experience in the local Electrical / ACMV Engineering industry

- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to interact effectively with project members and stakeholder at all levels.
