Project Manager

Summary

The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of factory projects, managing cross-functional teams and energy budgets to drive operational excellence and sustainability. The role requires expertise in factory automation, TPM, and OEE to optimize production processes and implement best practices.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Own the whole lifecycle of factory projects, setting priority and optimizing resources to to resolve bottlenecks.

2.Organize the projects overall past expense review and knowledge capture; solid best practices into templates, standards for future replication.

3.Drive cross-functional alignment across Production, Process, Quality, EHS, and Commercial teams to meet business needs.

4.Manage energy budgets and drive cost-saving improvements. As China Energy Liaison, execute HQ sustainability strategies.

Job Specifications:

1.Education: Bachelor’s+ in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering.

2.Experience: 5+ years in project management (2+ years in factory automation).

3. Preferred: Proven experience in Lights-off/Smart/Lighthouse Factory planning or Energy Management System implementation.

4.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

5.Proficient in TPM and OEE; drive effective implementation and operational excellence.
