Project Manager
- Planning and overseeing all phases of projects including discovery, development, testing, deployment, and handover
- Managing scope, priorities, milestones, dependencies, resources, quality, timelines, and budgets
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams
- Facilitating discovery, clarifying business requirements, documenting decisions, and managing scope changes
- Monitoring progress, removing roadblocks, resolving conflicts, and supporting effective collaboration between team members
- Identifying and mitigating delivery risks, tracking project time and budget, and preventing delays or overruns
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, meeting notes, action items, status reports, and project tracking in JIRA or similar tools
- Managing AI-focused proof-of-concepts and application projects balancing experimentation with clear objectives, practical business value, and reliable delivery
- Using Generative AI tools in daily work to support planning, documentation, requirements analysis, risk assessment, and communication while critically reviewing their output and handling confidential information responsibly
- Facilitating retrospectives and contributing to improving project management processes, tools, and delivery practices
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects
- Fluent or advanced English and Hungarian language skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Practical understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Experience coordinating technical teams and resolving delivery issues
- Strong stakeholder and requirements management skills
- Regular, hands-on use of Generative AI tools in daily work
- Critical thinking and adaptability to changing requirements
- Strong ownership and accountability for successful project delivery
- Consultant attitude and Business Analyst skills
- Experience with GenAI applications, AI proof-of-concepts, or other innovation-focused projects
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or modern AI application patterns
- Experience with web development, cloud, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of AWS, DevOps, or cloud-native concepts
- Familiarity with Drupal, PHP, React, or other web technologies
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
- Experience facilitating technical discovery and solution-design processes
- Awareness of data protection, security, and responsible AI considerations
- Work on AI, cloud, and web projects with international clients
