Summary
Commercially focused Project Manager overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology projects — managing scope, schedule, budgets, contracts, change orders and acceptance milestones while serving as the main customer contact. Preferred background in IT infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing or AI platforms; the role is commercial/coordination rather than hands-on technical.
Salary: $6,000 – $9,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to oversee project delivery, customer coordination, budgets, contractual commitments and acceptance milestones for technology-related projects.
Key responsibilities
Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, budget, contractual obligations and acceptance criteria.
Serve as the main project and commercial contact for customers.
Track quotations, orders, project costs, payment terms, collections and acceptance milestones.
Manage scope changes and change orders, assessing their impact on cost, schedule and delivery.
Coordinate business, presales, technical, procurement, finance and supplier teams.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate issues promptly.
Prepare project status reports, conduct commercial reviews and coordinate acceptance and payment follow-ups.
Ensure commercial objectives, contractual commitments and delivery outcomes remain aligned.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above.
3–5 years or above of relevant project management experience.
Experience in IT infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing or AI platforms is preferred.
Good understanding of contracts, quotations, budgets, costs, collections and acceptance milestones.
Ability to translate customer requirements into project scope, deliverables and timelines.
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
