Project Manager – Observability & Monitoring Transformation

This is permanent hiring on big system integration company role.
Work location is Changi Business Park.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology or infrastructure transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale monitoring, observability, infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations projects.
• Experience managing projects involving Dynatrace, ServiceNow, observability platforms, or enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management, Event Management, and Service Reliability concepts.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong risk management, governance, budgeting, resource planning, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working within regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
