Project Manager - Operational Excellence (3PL)
Summary
Leads Lean/Six Sigma projects to optimize 3PL logistics workflows, reduce waste, and improve throughput through process analysis and cross-functional transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct workflow analysis, line balancing, and process optimization to improve throughput, reduce costs, and eliminate operational waste.
- Establish operational excellence frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and governance processes to monitor and improve performance.
- Lead cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, managing timelines, risks, resource planning, and implementation readiness.
- Develop capacity planning, manpower optimization, and workforce flexibility strategies to support operational scalability and resilience.
- Strengthen quality, safety, and compliance standards through root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support digital transformation, stakeholder collaboration, and people development initiatives to improve automation, reporting visibility, and operational capability building.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, logistics,manufacturing, or industrial engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies (Green Beltcertification preferred).
