Salary Range: $7,100 - $9,790

Job Description

The Project Manager, Operations Excellence is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization and project implementation within logistics operations. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, implementing best practices, managing improvement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operations excellence projects from planning to implementation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support automation, digitalization and process enhancement projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and track progress.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks, issues and implement mitigation plans.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support Lean principles, process mapping and operational improvement activities.
  • Ensure successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.
  • Drive standardization and best practices across operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement or logistics operations.
  • Experience in warehouse optimization, automation, WMS/SAP implementation or operational improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles, process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
