Project Manager – Outsourcing Transition & Operations

Lead high-impact transformation projects and drive seamless transitions that shape the future of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end outsourcing and transition projects.

· Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

· Oversee knowledge transfer, process documentation, and operational readiness.

· Monitor vendor performance, project progress, and SLA compliance.

· Prepare project reports and updates for leadership teams.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of Project Management experience.

· Experience handling outsourcing, BPO, shared services, or transformation projects.

· Strong stakeholder, vendor, and change management skills.

· Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage
