Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project progress and maintain schedule adherence
- Lead teams to execute project operations according to schedule and specifications
- Control operational costs to ensure the project remains within budget
- Organize and maintain site document filing and records following ISO standards
- Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Monitor workplace safety and health regulations compliance on site
- Oversee quality control to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and regulations
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors to achieve project completion deadlines
- Provide leadership to project management and construction teams to drive performance
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
