Project Manager / Senior Project Manager | Payments Transformation
Lead critical initiatives across a high-profile portfolio.
Working within a fast-paced Agile environment, you'll drive the delivery of projects that sit at the heart of Australia's evolving payments ecosystem.
Current programs include:
- Scheme Tokenisation
- Merchant Pricing Transformation
- Terminal Modernisation
- Platform & Business Transition into ANZ
- Strategic Payments and Acquiring Initiatives
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring a strong blend of project leadership, stakeholder management and domain expertise. You'll work closely with senior business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams and consultants to drive key outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Essential
- Experience delivering projects within Banking, Financial Services or Payments
- Proven Project Management experience on large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies
Highly Regarded
- Merchant Acquiring experience
- Card Payments experience
- Scheme (Visa, Mastercard, eftpos) initiatives
- Tokenisation programs
- Payments terminal projects
- Core Banking transformation experience
- Pricing or regulatory change projects
