Summary
Oversee plumbing and sanitary installation projects, coordinating teams, suppliers, and contractors while managing budgets, claims, and inspections.
- Overall lead, supervise & Manage of team for Plumbing & Sanitary installation works and construction project
- resolve engineering issues
- attend meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, clients, consultant, and authority
- submit reports
- attend inspections with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority
- prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings
- prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers
-manage of project cost for the assigned project
