Project Manager / Project Engineer / BMS / ELV (S-C)
Summary
Manages Building Management and ELV projects, coordinating site activities, contractors, and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of integrated automated systems.
Responsibilities:
• Able to manage BMS and ELV projects independently
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works
• Ensure timely completion of all projects
• Monitor / review operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors and handle all technical matters
• Must have relevant experience in one in of the following fields:
- Building Management System
- Security, Access Control, CCTV System
- Fire Alarm System
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 – 5 years relevant working experience in BMS or ELV
