Role Summary

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects related to workshop facilities, jetty, and port construction. The role requires strong leadership in planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of industrial and marine infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project execution from engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, to commissioning.
  • Plan and manage workshop, jetty, and port construction works in compliance with SNI, American, and international EPCM standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams (civil, structural, marine, mechanical, and electrical) for technical design reviews and approvals.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, S-curves, BOQs, and cash-flow reports as per EPCM contractual requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to FIDIC/GCC contract clauses, project scope, and variation/change order management.
  • Manage client communications, reporting, and progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Supervise site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Oversee heavy equipment mobilization, marine piling, workshop civil works, conveyor/jetty installations, and port facility upgrades.
  • Monitor procurement schedules (steel structures, marine piles, conveyors, cranes, etc.) and coordinate with the supply chain.
  • Mitigate project risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Deliver project handover documentation, as-built drawings, and commissioning reports.
