Project Manager (Remote/WFH)

About the Role As Project Manager, you'll make sure what we sell gets delivered on time, on scope, and on budget. You'll sit between our business development, development, insights, and marketing teams, turning signed deals into clear plans and keeping every project moving.

You will be working in the Mobile Apps Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn proposals and scopes into project plans with milestones, owners, and timelines
• Run kick-offs, sprint planning, stand-ups, and status meetings
• Track progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and escalate early
• Manage scope changes and keep clients informed and aligned
• Coordinate developers, designers, analysts, and marketers across projects
• Work with Business Development on realistic scopes and timelines before deals close
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and delivery standards
• Run retrospectives and improve how we deliver

Required

• 1 to 3 years managing digital, software, or agency projects
• Proven record of delivering multiple projects to deadline
• Strong planning, prioritization, and risk management skills
• Comfort with agile and waterfall approaches
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical people
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion
• Legally able to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR only)

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Experience in a software house or digital agency
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Basic understanding of UX, development, and QA processes
