Project Manager

Job Brief

· We are looking for a Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

· The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Project Planning: Developing a detailed plan for the project,

including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and milestones.

2. Coordination and Supervision: Coordinating the activities of various

Trades and ensuring that work is carried out according to project

plan and schedule. This includes supervising sub-contractors,

construction workers and other site staff.

3. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring that it

meets the specified standards and regulations. This involves

regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.

4. Health and Safety: Ensuring that the site complies with all health

and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols,

conducting safety meetings and ensuring that all workers follow

safety guidelines.
