Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project including timely delivery Within budget scope.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure budget, purchase terms and conditions are met.
• To maintain healthy project cash flow and measure project performance using appropriate Systems. tools and techniques.
• Provide support and Supervision to engineering activities.
• Manage relationship with chents and consultants on all engineering and contractual matters.
• To chai' project safety committee and ensure safety standards are met and dealt with a timely manner,
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time..

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related fields
• Min 5 years of experience as project manager in construction industry
