Project Manager - SAP

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects, driving transformation, and ensuring timely and successful go-live. This role demands exceptional project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex SAP landscapes.

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish effective project governance structures and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the organization.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration, with a focus on SAP PM.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
