Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and complete service projects within the approved schedule and budget.
- Lead project teams and ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to manage expectations, address escalations, and meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, technical specifications, quality standards and budget.
- Delegate tasks, allocate resources and monitor project progress.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Electronics, Communications Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience; candidates with relevant qualifications but less experience may also be considered.
- Basic technical knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and physical security systems, including CCTV, card access and alarm systems.
