Project Manager (Senior Consultant)
Summary
Senior consultant leading Agile delivery of a government digital product, managing backlogs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and public-sector requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan.
- Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance.
- Work closely with the stakeholders and Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items.
- Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the stakeholders and the Scrum team.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across the Licensing and Regulation of Insolvency Practitioners Division (LRIPD) and Minlaw divisions, as well as government agencies and third parties.
Essential Skill Sets:
- Scrum Certification.
- 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment.
- 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams.
- Experience delivering government or public sector digital products.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in GovTech tech stack.
- Experience in OutSystems-based delivery.
- Experience in handling legacy tech systems.
- Good knowledge of the government ICT policies and standards.
