Project Manager Senior

Leads and directs multiple complex, medium, and large-sized enterprise projects and programs simultaneously. Oversees all aspects of projects, including project intake, visioning, planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, monitoring, quality, procurement, resource, communication, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers projects in a demanding healthcare environment and works with administrative, clinical, technical, vendors, and external partners in the development and completion of project charters and statements of scope, financial estimates, timelines, action plans and task lists, resource plans, and work estimates. Interacts with staff, management, executives, and vendor project team members to continually communicate details regarding project status, issues, risks, milestones, and timelines. Manages and leads diverse and geographically dispersed project teams throughout the project lifecycle to plan and execute projects. Serves as the point of contact for key internal and external project stakeholders. Ensures project team and vendor activities comply with organizational, industry, and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements. Has the ability to develop plans starting with vague or ambiguous information. Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes data to composes clear, meaningful communications. Serve as a leader within the ePMO team. Suggests and helps develop best practices and implement standards for a continuously evolving ePMO. Able to work with minimal supervision. Works remotely or onsite as business and project needs require.
