Job Description
- Plan and manage projects from award to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal team
- Review drawings and specifications, and coordinate shop drawings and submissions for approval
- Plan fabrication and installation schedules with the workshop and site teams
- Supervise site supervisors and installation teams, and monitor progress on site
- Make sure work complies with WSH requirements and BCA standards
- Manage project costs, variations, and progress claims
- Attend site coordination meetings and prepare progress reports for management
- Support tendering. Quantity take-off, costing, and preparing quotations
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years of project management experience in metal works
- Familiar with Singapore WSH and BCA requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once
- Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
