Overall project delivery, planning and monitoring in collaboration with MIDC including planning, supervising the overall progress of the project, conformance with the timelines, budgets and service levels.


• Monitoring of the compliance of the contractual obligations of the SI.


• Monitoring the operations and maintenance of the overall system as per the standards and requirements defined for SI including but not limited to resolution of issues, availability of the system, updating hardware or system software etc.


• Assist in ensuring that the SLAs and performance levels defined for SI are met as agreement.


• Reviewing the work of System Integrator and enable MIDC in recommending payments/approve payments.


• Assist in Planning, preparing & execution of the User Acceptance Test, tracing the functional requirements before the Go Live.


• Assist in Preparation and submission of Go-Live Report.


• Assistance to MIDC to conduct the assessment/review of the system before rolling it out.











Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Act as the single point of contact between MIDC officials and the project implementation team.
  • Ensure end-to-end project execution as per scope, timelines, and contractual commitments.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for smooth implementation.
  • Able to work on invoicing.


2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct regular meetings with MIDC stakeholders to review progress, issues, and action items.
  • Understand departmental requirements, road project workflows, and statutory processes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to client leadership.
  • Support decision-making by providing technical and operational inputs.


3. Requirement & Change Management

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements from MIDC users.
  • Manage change requests, assess impact on scope, cost, and timelines, and get approvals.
  • Ensure proper alignment between approved requirements and system implementation.


4. Implementation & UAT Support

  • Oversee system configuration, deployment, and rollout at MIDC.
  • Plan and manage UAT activities, coordinate test cases, defect tracking, and closure.
  • Ensure issues identified during UAT or pilot phases are resolved in coordination with technical teams.


5. Vendor & Team Management

  • Manage onsite project resources, assign tasks, and track performance.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and infrastructure teams as required.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and documentation practices.



6. Risk, Issue & Escalation Management

  • Identify project risks and operational challenges proactively.
  • Maintain an issue and risk register with mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.


7. Training & User Enablement

  • Plan and conduct training sessions for MIDC users and officials.
  • Ensure availability of user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support change management and user adoption across departments.




8. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with government norms, MIDC guidelines, and IT policies.
  • Maintain project documentation including MOMs, reports, approvals, and sign-offs.
  • Support audits, reviews, and reporting requirements.


9. Operation & Maintenance Supports

  • Coordinate operations and maintenance activities.
  • Provide onsite support during stabilization phase.
