About the role
Niya Grand Services Recruitment Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager – Software/ERP to join our growing team in Bang Na Bangkok on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that will be pivotal in delivering complex software and ERP implementation projects on time and within budget. As Project Manager – Software/ERP, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through closure, whilst managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the successful delivery of critical business systems that drive operational excellence across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Planning, executing and closing software and ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline and budget constraints
Developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management strategies and communication protocols
Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams comprising developers, business analysts, QA specialists and other key stakeholders
Managing stakeholder communication and expectations through regular status updates, progress reports and milestone reviews
Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks, implementing contingency plans when required
Monitoring project progress using industry-standard methodologies and tools, tracking key performance indicators and deliverables
Facilitating vendor and supplier management, ensuring optimal delivery of software components and services
Conducting quality assurance reviews and user acceptance testing coordination to ensure successful system implementation
Providing post-implementation support and managing transition to operational teams
Documenting lessons learned and implementing process improvements for future projects
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing software and/or ERP implementation projects
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 or similar recognised project management credentials
Proven expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent platforms
Strong proficiency with project management tools and software including Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana or comparable platforms
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage diverse team members
Proficiency in English; proficiency in Thai is beneficial
